Last night the Trichster team had our initial interview with Rebecca Brown, also known as Beckie0. We had so much fun, she’s such a lovely girl and we can’t wait to see her in London! Below is a picture we took just after the interview. Girl power!

I just watched the 20/20 interview which I taped a few weeks ago. I wanted to share my story about my daughter and give hope to those who suffer with trich. We used a very alternative treatment that cured my daughter’s trich. Emma started pulling out her hair when she was 2. By the time she was 4, she had patches of bald spots on her head. We tried everything. Therapy. Bribery. Dolls whose hair she could pull out. Shaving her head. Nothing worked.
My husband was familiar with a man called Ed Snapp. He pioneered various exercises that help children with developmental delays and other issues. I have another daughter who is severely delayed. We did the exercises with her. I can’t honestly say they have helped Rachael tremendously, but we worked with Ed’s son, James for one day with Emma. The exercises consist mostly of belly crawling.
Unbelievably, they cured her and she no longer pulls her hair out. She is 9 now with beautiful long hair.
In kindergarten, she had a teacher who made her very anxious and she began to pull her hair out again. We started the exercises again immediately. It took a bit longer, but they worked again.
She hates doing the exercises but we swear by them. They also calm her down and we can see a huge difference when she does them regularly (she is a high energy child…)
If you want to find out more, google Ed Snapp or contact James Snapp (he is in Arizona) and tell him I recommended him.
thank you!
Good luck!
